Brain Gym® for Stressed Adults

Transcendence

My fears run through my night time dreams,
my hopes fly with the wings of day.

Each morning is a willing choice:
held back by dark shackles,
or set free to fly into the light of day.

The choice is solely mine,

Resilience

I get to choose
I get to do difficult things

Easy teaches little
